Since the one week holiday on march, my service has been improved. I always get praise from my customer saying that my service is very good and they wish that I will serve them next time when they come again. I felt very happy. Besides that, our company doing customer feedback and survey. So when my boss come over and take a look on those customer feedback and survey paper, he want to meet me and say ' good job '. I was very very happy.

But after that day, my nightmare at my work place has begin. I have praise from my customer everyday I worked but I also have blamed. I feel like some of the server don't like me, and also cashier. I also do not know why. Some of my friends told me that there is jealousy inside their heart. In my point of view, I feel that they are my customer, so I should give the best of mine for them. If all my work partner don't like me and what they do is ridiculous then I will quit. I work at there not because of I need money but I enjoy to work at there. I feel happy to serve my customer.

Actually I feel that they don't like me is because of I keep dirty plates slow but what you want me to do more? If the person who have see me before or know me, they will know that I am small size. My hand not that big. I think among all the server my size and hand is the smallest. I know that they think of the good of company but sometimes we must think of customer too.

I served customer good is because I want to give the best for my customers, I always think of the benefit for customers. Another issue that I want to mention about is our member cards. Every times I asked for member cards from cashier, they sure say 'why you tell customer that we have member card appliance, its will make us loss ', So I just tell them customer ask for it not me. ok, at first if you don't want to give out the member card appliance and you think that this will make our company loss, then why you want to have member card? Just ignore it, throw away. If you look through the economics, you will earn more if you have member cards. Besides, in order to get member card, you need to collect 10 cope. So this will encourage customer to come more often. I also do not know about it. This is just comment. I hope that if anyone from TAO, please help me to present this blog to Jack.
