ExerCise

Halo...... Long time didn't see me here already hoh? HAHA! i've been busy. ok, back to the topic.....
Why i want to say about exercise? What is the advantage of going for exercise? HAHA! Really great.... let me tell you, the best is you won't easy to get tired. Why do i say so? I experienced it what.... HAHA!

Last weekend, i was busy doing exercise.... HAHA! On Friday, i went to tuition as normal at 3pm. After finish tuition at 5pm, i straight away went to play badminton with my friend for half an hour like that. HAHA! Gone Crazy already, is it? ok, 6.15pm, i went to economic tuition class and account tuition class until 10++pm only back home. i was energetic and did not feel tired or sleepy. The next day, Saturday, Ranger Nature Hike, walk from our school to Botanical Garden and back. That day really tired and also going to kill me too. After back from Nature Hike, i don't need to do anything, just lay down my bed to rest my both leg and sleep the whole afternoon. At night, i go for account tuition again. Because i had my rest so i am not going to feel sleepy but i still feel the pain of my leg.

Sunday, 9am, tuition account again.HAHA! Go back at 11am to have my lunch and bath. Then 2.15pm, go to tuition and this time still same, account. HAHA! After tuition, a group of friend and also our sir go to play badminton for 3 hours. Go back home, rest and sleep.

Normally, i will feel sleepy on Monday because of tiredness but i did not. Amazing....... and also normally even i did not go to exercise i still will feel sleepy in class. Somemore after school, i won't go for tuition at 3pm but yesterday i go and i feel energetic while tuition. So doesn't exercise is good? We be able to do anything.....

So, better start exercise now! Now, me at least exercise twice per week. if you all feel that this is less then you all do forgive me because i don't have much time to exercise. Just every friday play badminton with friends and Sunday play badminton, basketball ( just posing there only), swimming or maybe next time bowling too. Guyz, do have fun, do not pressure yourself. After exercise, you will feel fresh.



Now only i know why cikgu Yap said she need to exercise everyday before she start to teach and she will feel fresh and not tired after exercise. Cikgu, you are right!
