u all can try the recipe...

5 green apple
5 malt bread
115g cottage cheese
45g yellow sugar
200ml milk

apple and bread ler...
cut into very small pieces...

then mix all the ingredient together...
then bake in owen o microwave for 30mins, 220 degree

actually 20 to 25 degree can d...


but 1 advise here....
don eat too much...

faster drink this n tht...
nw feel better d...
